Because RoseyMade products are handmade, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Please review all product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, colors, and customization choices carefully before placing your order.
For made-to-order or customized products, I make them specifically for you, so these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once work has started.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed. Any remedies required by applicable law will still apply.
Handmade Product Disclaimer
Every RoseyMade item is handmade individually. Because of the nature of handmade work, no two pieces will be exactly identical.
Small variations may occur. These variations are normal and are part of what makes each handmade item unique.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, yarn dye lots, and your device screen.
Safety Eye & Small Parts Disclaimer
Some RoseyMade products may contain plastic safety eyes, buttons, beads, charms, or other small components.
Items containing safety eyes or other small parts are not intended for children under 3 years old.
Safety eyes and other components may present a choking hazard if they become loose or detached.
Children should always be supervised when using or handling products containing small parts.
Please discontinue use immediately if any component becomes damaged or loose.
